In April this year, when we got our dog Milly she was a very anxious, worried little dog, she is a rescue from Cyprus. Milly was unpredictable around other dogs and also people, she was very protective of us which would lead to her 'nipping' people and other dogs. We also have cats who she would constantly chase away. Here we are 5 months later and she's like a different dog, and this is all thanks to Max. From the first moment of contact with Max he has been informative, approachable and very knowledgeable. He taught us to understand our dog, find a reason for her anxiety using a holistic approach such as diet, stimulation, play etc. We have listened to his advice from the start and everything he has suggested has worked! Milly goes to his socialisation days weekly and is soo much better around other dogs, we can tell she has enjoyed herself when she comes back as she is soo tired! Max has even had Milly for a weekend so we could go away, she was in such good hands. Max is made for his job and is so dedicated to the mental health of the dogs and helping us dog parents to be the best we can! Would recommend Max to anyone, in fact I have! Thanks soo much Max!

Great News 500 views Max is young and very inexperienced but that is no excuse for his arrogant and aggressive attitude or his contempt for other peoples views. He has no comprehension of the damage he could do with his advice and frequently challenges the standard advice of vets. Please see below. I am extremely concerned about the service I received from MK9 Training (Max Randall). I went to Max for help with my GSD cross who was very hyper and was getting dominant/reactive with some other dogs. I had the consultation where Max just looked at my pup for 2 minutes without any engagement and then left him outside while we went in the house to talk. After 5 weeks of doing his "homework" I went back for a follow up but he refused to work with us further. Max went into a tirade saying that he was so worried about my dog, that he had a very poor quality of life, would end up having to be put down, I must rehome him and even threatened me with the RSPCA (they would have laughed at him). I have proof of this. My dogs get a long field/wood walk every day, more exercise than a lot of other dogs. I am here all day with them, we play games, basic training and they have each other to play with. If he had only bothered to interact with my pup he would have seen how friendly he actually was; he was just being an excited, boisterous and protective GSD puppy. What if I had taken his advise and rehomed my lovely boy. Max uses "rehome" so flippantly something a professional dog trainer would never do and should only happen as the very last resort. Looking down through his newsfeed he has done this before and they trusted him and gave up their dog. He states below for me to get help but that's why I went to him for help and he just wasn't up to the job. Instead of accepting this he just got defensive and very angry. The things he said to me were hurtful, inaccurate, threatening and, more importantly, irresponsible. I really worry for his future clients and their dogs. Also, please be aware that Facebook negative reviews can be blocked and positive reviews and comments can be falsified by friends and family who may not even have a dog. .

I found max on Facebook back in July this year and sent him a message about my dog JD with the concerns I had. He messaged back very quickly and we had an initial conversation on the phone about my worries. Straight away he put me at ease and was very helpful. After the conversation we decided to have JD in weekly to the dog socialisation days so max could see how she interacts with the other dogs. JD has been going to these days since July she's come a long way, and with the guidance and reassurance from max my confidence has grown massively I now walk her twice daily on a long line and she meets lots of dogs and has done me proud. Next step is to do a set up session with max to make sure I'm doing absolutely everything I can to have a happy healthy dog. If anyone needs help, guidance and knowledge with their dogs Max is your man
