        I feel I must comment on the excellent treatment I have received from your receptionists. I find them efficient, kind and helpful. They also have a sense of humour which is helpful when one is in a flap - keep it up girls.

        Receptionist are sooo unhelpful, always get told to use Askmygp for appointments which never works as they don't leave it open long enough. Only way I could get an appointment was through 111 and then all of a sudden they were helpful. Worst Surgery practice Receptionist I have ever come across, don't care about thier patients at all.
