Awful service. I entered the premises to attend my appointment and the receptionist was on the phone so I waited patiently, after waiting 10-15 minutes I was asked why I was visiting the site and informed that I was here for my appointment to be told that I was 10-15 minutes late... to which I replied "I have been stood here waiting for you to finish your phone call for 10-15 minutes" the receptionist then told me to take a seat and wait. Whilst waiting I was able to hear multiple conversations about patient care and circumstances which is surely a GDPR concern? 1 hour later I was seen by another member of staff who decided to tell me I had faced such a long wait due to being late... to which I replied..I was not late and in fact kept from attending my appointment due to staff being busy. During the consultation I was given no specialist information or care and was advised against seeking further specialist help which I disagreed with and asked for a follow up. I was very disappointed with the service and recommend people seek help elsewhere to avoid wasting time.

This surgery closed in 2020, but Diamond Health Group still claim it's open. There is no Doctor's surgery on the western side of Yeovil now.

DO NOT REGISTER HERE Unfortunately I cannot comment on the level of service the GP's offer as weeks later I'm still trying to get an appointment. The practise only accepts on-the-day appointments, and they treat their patients like it's a game, where you have to call at 8:30am to try and get an on-the-day appointment, first come first serve. If you call at that time and all appointments are taken, too bad, try again next time is all they have to say. It's as if they believe people's health in nothing to be taken seriously. I've been sat at the phone every morning for weeks trying to get an appointment at 8:30am but somehow every appointment gets taken as soon as the time strikes. It's cruel. Simply, cruel. It's a shame there is no ombudsman to report to as I'm sure he'd have a field day with this place.
