Excellent service from all the staff. The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were extremely helpful and caring. I cannot praise this dental practice enough, thank you.

Very professional dentist arrived at the surgery, greeted by receptionist Suzan explained what would happen next. Filled in a customer consent form using a tablet, which was very easy and customer friendly, called in on time by the nurse. Made me feel so relaxed and calm, throughout the procedure. Dentist was very professional, throughout his examination. Check my teeth gave me good feedback, very impressed with the service, highly recommend Trinity House dental service to friends family & work colleagues. Thank you Outstanding customer service. Just because my friend doesn't speak english...the lady send us for other dentist... Sad... i think that lady doesnt know what is a teeth pain

I had to cancel my last appointment due to having covid symptoms and the receptionist advised that I not attend. Some time had passed since then due to being a full time carer to my husband and working part time so I forget about myself. Turns out the dentist has taken me off their system due to cancelling the last appointment.....would he have rather me go with possible covid??? I'm now left in pain and not registered with a dentist.
