Disgusting service received in the last few months after going to this dentist practice for years. I had a problem with them years ago and should have changed dentist then, but I thought it was a one off. At the beginning of the year I broke a tooth. Luckily I already had an appointment booked, as I was concerned that they wouldn't allow NHS checkups. At this point, I wasn't aware they had lost their NHS dentist. Despite paying their fees for private treatment I was advised to continue for several weeks with over the counter temporary fillings for weeks until a follow up appointment could be made. I was then left unable to fully close my mouth as the repair was to high and pressing up against a retainer on the rear of my teeth. I was told "it might wear down over time and you'll get used to it". I guess this meant that I had gone over my time slot was up. I expressed concern that this would damage my retainer but was assured it wouldn't. As I predicted broke my retainer. I have since gone elsewhere and had to spend 's to get their work corrected. The repair that was completed by them was executed so poorly it left a hole to the root. This was discovered with X-Rays done by my new dental practice. After being told by the dentist the executed the poor work that I may start to feel pain in a few months and may need a root canal I can only assume this was intentional to make more money from me. Quick to take your money but that is all they are good at. I wouldn't recommend this My Dentist practice to someone I didn't like. Nobody deserves to be treated so badly.

Way over the top in price Moved to another dentist which is fully private however more than half the price of a standard filling also dont make you cough up any money to book the appointment only once youve had the work done My new dentist with one particular tooth said will go in and see if can be saved if not taken out so was more about whats best not what makes them more money

Used to be a good practice until they started charging ridiculous prices just for an emergency appointment for example. Also charging a lot just for a simple filling. Wanted 1000 from me to have 6 teeth filled. I now go to another dentist which also is private, three teeth filled for 200 and those other three fillings don't exist. So glad I no longer go here.

Had a massive hole in a tooth & was treated very well & quickly & no pain which was nice ...Very pleasant practice & extremely welcoming Couldn't have gone to a better place.... Have been back recently & Huda(Dentist) & her colleague are lovely & very understanding, have had a few things done including an extraction...Was waiting for the pain to start but only felt a bit of pulling & amazingly no pain at all

In the 7 years we have been at this practice we have only managed to get a few NHS appointments as NHS. Now we have to pay, we were not informed they were not delivering NHS appointments anymore and were made to believe that the last time we paid was due to low staff numbers only and that things would change so we didnt move dentists. Now feels like a way to force customers into staying and paying. The low ratings now prove this practice is unsatisfactory in their work and dealings with customers. Why not just be honest to honest people.
