Always nervous going to the dentist but I can say 100% that I was made to feel assured and even though a had a large filling done I didn't feel a single thing.

Absolutely disgraceful since changing ownership they have denied my 2 elderly parents who have been coming here for over 40 years NHS treatment because they would rather extort people privately parents have now moved but I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here due to the rude telephone call had with the owner I wouldn't even give them one star if I could stay away you have been warned. UPDATE: have received a letter from penhill which basically states that because we have been assigned from no choice of our own to the quote (trainee dentist) this somehow makes us a less valued customer than someone who wasn't seen by this person this was not stated to either of my parents and seems like a rather brush off excuse to get rid of excess NHS baggage. Plus if my mother hadn't have rung to book an appointment they would still be none the wiser they would not be welcome as NHS patients and still think they could have had NHS treatment here, I sincerely hope that you don't leave many more elderly patients without an affordable means of dental care, this is a disgusting way to treat customers of over 40 years 60 in my mother's case, in summary this empty letter dose nothing but disregard 2 loyal customers in favour of private higher paying customers if your reading this take your business elsewhere before you get shafted.

First time here as was recommended. Couldnt fault Syeda one bit! She was gentle but yet very thorough. Would highly recommend!!

We have been using this dental practice for over forty years. We have found Gary, Susan and all the staff to be very professional and friendly. All aspects of care and treatment has been comprehensively and simply explained, so an informed choice can be made. We will continue to use this practice for the treatment and care of our teeth in the future.

I have been coming here since I was a child and never been disappointed, great service and friendly staff. Recommended to anybody who's looking for a great dentist :)
