Was sold a contract in June, 2022, promising roaming in EU. It didnt work in Bulgaria. I tried to back out was told by 150 contact that I had to pay the full year. I feel I was scammed.

Spent 6hrs in store to be told there is nothing they can do having mis-sold a 24 month contract to a relative. The staff, although very polite to their credit, are wholly incompetent and make offers they have no authority to follow through on. Order online, save yourself the effort.

Although I was in there two hours trying to get sorted the young lady was very attentive ,and kept me informed all the way ,in the end I was happy and the problem was nothing to do with shop .
