Beware, the card that is left behind by drivers contains an eight digit reference number. I've just been informed by a member of their customer service team that this number means nothing.

Shocking! Any parcel delivered by Yodel will disappear. Apparently Yodel dont need to prove they have delivered the parcel like other couriers. They have the cheek to say Delivered to resident when they havent even knocked on the door. DO NOT USE YODEL!
