        Utter waste of time trying to find out why the bin collection is missed more often than it is collected. Too many jobsworths with zero common sense. Think I'll deposit my maggoty overflowing refuse on their steps this weekend.

        I've been trying to get hold of Anyone to help with a council tax my account query since November Last Year. I completed an enquiry form on 11 November 2021, used the text service on 10 Dec 2021. To date I've had no responses to either of those and no answer to any of the calls I've made since November 2021. It's now February 2022. Still no response or resolution. Shocking customer service and experience. One star because none is not an option
