Latest change to how you collect an order is a step backwards - mote wasted time!

Disgusting service from start to finish - took over 1hr to order a tub of branded paint from Nadia at the call centre, price was more expensive than BandQ which is owned by the same company kingfisher but exploit customers by charging different prices for the same item ! Raised concerns with head office, Louise Rose, who was very dismissive of GDPR laws, disability discrimination act, employment laws, and kept saying she didnt know the answer to anything, very incompetent staff and belittling - wouldnt recommend this company at all

Never get you stuff delivered screwfix use DPD and are useless. If you want something from screwfix go pick it up yourself!!
