From the perspective of an engineer with a lot of experience in fluid dynamics, I found Mark to be experienced and knowledgeable. He also conducts his business with integrity. We had him by to advise on what we thought was a big problem. He advised us that we did not have a big problem and why while suggesting some minor remedial steps that we could take on our own. He said, we should re-assess this summer, but is not expecting any issues to crop up--and if they do, we should give him a call. We certainly will. If you appreciate honesty and expertise in your building specialist, then you will be happy with Mark and Wessex.
