My Dad bought a second hand car which was not bad but he wanted a proper valet to clean it up. After 3 hours or so and 65 later.. a quick scan as you would always do he sent them away thanking them for the job they had done. The outside seemed pretty good and very shiny... inside however after inspection was awful! They had barely touched any vents, seatbelts were still grubby and the boot protector not lifted. He has now spent an hour so far doing it himself with a regular hoover and some household cleaner and is picking up more and more that they didn't bother doing. What on earth they did for that time I dont know! Would definitely avoid. Very unhappy with the results. Having had a response from Jan but not being able to reply to it... the dirt found in the car did not occur after only 4 days! I have photos of the door handle and air vents which were clearly not touched! along with a bowl of water which was black after he wiped with just a damp cloth a small area in the car. At a quick glance things appeared to be ok but does anyone fully inspect every inch before sending them on their way? Very disappointed. Only wish I could add photos to show this.

Did a superb job on the interior of my 4-year old every day car and my 50-year old Morris Minor Tourer. Very affordable and highly recommended.
