I cannot praise Holly Johnson of Howard's Peugeot Yeovil enough, our experience part exchanging and purchasing a new car was a pleasure. It was like spending time with a friend, her knowledge was good and well expressed. We feel we were well looked after.

# fast efficient service, staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, customer care is on point, I genuinely enjoyed my brief 20 minute visit. I attended a pre arranged appointment for my 3008 Hybrid 4 GT to get my summer tyres put on and my winter tyres removed along with some software updates etc. I was welcomed on arrival by a member of staff and offered refreshments such as coffee and snacks such as premium chocolate bars which were in abundance, the dealership was extremely clean and modern. The clerk i spoke to at the service and maintenance desk explained what work had to be carried out and went through the breakdown in great detail and was very knowledgeable when I asked challenging questions. After the paperwork was completed and signed I left the dealership and was thanked for my visit on the way out by a member of the shop floor staff. Later in the day I returned at the pre arranged time to collect my vehicle and while waiting in the customer refreshments area, the machine was out of the exact drink I wanted, a member of staff seen I was having an issue and they then went and refilled the machine. When signing for my vehicle back from the clerk, they went over all the work completed, including free wash and vacuum, I also got guided back to my car in the vehicle park which was nice and this showed me that they care for the customers that come to the dealership. The dealership also sent me a video of the work done and I was given both a digital copy and hard copy of the work completed. I am extremely happy with the free refreshments on offer, the customer service is 100./., staff are friendly and helpful and it is a welcoming business to attend to purchase and get car maintenance activities completed.

Picked up my Peugeot 5008 GT and omg I am in love. Its been a long process but Tom Bieda has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend Howards Yeovil to anyone thank you
