Well Yeovil - St John's Road

Absolute shambles of a pharmacy. Rude older lady with grey hair, always seems to have an attitude. Went there a few weeks ago for my brothers private prescription to be told by her, in a rude Manner that they don't do private prescriptions there which I know full well they do as we have had them issued from there before. Yesterday I went to collect my daughters anti depressants as was told on the phone that it was ready, only to get there to find out they had looked up the wrong person's medication and not my daughters and then couldn't find her on the system. Was told to go to a different pharmacy to get them as they had no WiFi to download new prescriptions. There is always a new excuse with this pharmacy every time so I will be changing the pharmacy which I go to from now on.

Absolute disgrace. Prescription placed 7 days ago, tried calling 10 times but no one answering the phone. Went to the pharmacy today to find that it was locked and was told that someone would take my name. Waited 30 minutes but no one came out. Went back later and again waited another 30 minutes, still no one came out. Absolutely terrible making people wait outside in the freezing cold. Once I finally receive my prescription will never go back.

Absolutely disgusting, expecting customers to wait 1 & half hours (at most) outside in this freezing weather for their prescriptions (the elderly especially had no where to sit whilst waiting!!). Why text us to say our prescriptions are ready, when they clearly were not!!. What a shambles!!. I shall be changing my pharmacy for future prescriptions.
