I booked a full massage appointment but had to move it due to work commitments, I called them twice and it would go straight to voicemail and I would leave a voicemail but noone called me back. 2 days before the appointment I received a message reminding me of my appointment and to call and cancel if I could not make it, I tried calling their number 5 times and it was saying it was out of service. I physically went to the building saw a woman peep through the window but noone came to the door. Such terrible service. Why ask a person to call if the phone isn't working or you aren't going to answer the door when people show up to cancel their appointment?

I was nervous about getting waxed to this degree (first Time) Becky the lady who did my treatment was professional and friendly and within minutes I felt at ease and very comfortable. She did a brilliant job and I have now booked in a return appointment and would not consider going anywhere else for any of my waxing needs. Highly recommended.5star service.
