Benson Elliot have been working closely with Boon Brown for several years on a critical town centre regeneration project. Boon Browns Architectural and Landscape teams have understood our brief and have worked with us to develop a proposal which is contextually respectful and focused on placemaking. Alongside this, Boon Brown understand the commerciality required by the client and other economic stakeholders and have been able to assist with costings and viability queries, in turn supporting us at key decision making stages on the project programme. Been working with Boon Brown for over 10 years and would highly recommend their service. Used for planning, design, tender and project management. Extremely prompt and professional service. BB have worked closely with us to understand our business and requirements and we have been extremely happy with the results. The last care home, Casa di Lusso was shortlisted for "Residential Development of the Year" in the 2017 South West Insider Property Awards and was a finalist for "Dementia Care Development of the Year" in the 2017 Building Better Healthcare Awards. Whilst La Fontana care home the previous care home also designed by BB was runner up for best dementia home in the UK with Pinders. Boon Brown has also worked on two residential schemes for myself personally, a purpose built 5 bed house and an extension to existing residential house, both in North Somerset.
