Handle broke on my washing machine door, so ordered a new door, arrived 19/4, no longer needed it as I had it fixed the day of delivery, emailed Ronsom spares to say I'd like to return this item and explained why, , Rosie from customer service replied back within 16hrs, explained as long as it wasn't fitted I could return it, Rosie explained and gave me all the details, it was so easy, never had I done this before, OAP I am, it's now on it's way back at a cost of less than 3,, it was a quick delivery and within 24hrs it's on it's way back, would definalty recommend this company, excellent customer service from Rosie , thank you very much for your prompt response and support Date of experience:20 April 2023 EditDeleteShare

sells on ebay and scams people daily. I paid for a dishwasher arm and they sent me a tiny tiny piece of LEGO, the size of a capsule you find in a pill box. Crazy bad company. If you shop there, do it IN PERSON. NEVER online

Fantastic service! Had everything I needed, quick delivery, fair price, brilliant communication. Was ready to replace my fridge freezer but found replacement salad tray & freezer drawer here. Will definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you for your help, I ordered the wrong part to start with and this was swiftly cancelled to re-order. Then the part turned up damaged and was replaced super quickly. Appreciate the support of your help team!
