        Great, friendly and caring home from home. Mum has lived at The Elms for just over 18 months now and has received brilliant care during very challenging times. The staff always go that extra mile and must be congratulated for their efforts.

        Mum has been living in The Elms for over a year, all the staff have been so supportive and lovely to her. The home has such a homely family oriented feel , situated in a great location . Thank you to Louise and every member of staff , you are amazing.

        My Mother-in-Law, Shirley has been at the Elms for about 2 months now and loves it. We are all very grateful to Louise along with all the rest of the staff who have made her feel welcome, safe and comfortable.
