Outstanding customer service. I got my subscription renewal dates wrong - totally my fault. Tracey was brilliant and very efficiently sorted the problem and organized a delivery. Well done to the team at Basil's. Excellent, thank you! As for the dog food, my spaniel loves it, does really well on it and is fit and healthy with a lovely shiny coat.

Our dog loves it! It looks good enough to eat for us humans and for less than 1 a day (For our 10kg dog) why would you feed them anything else?

I've been a Basil's customer for about 10 years now and the quality never wavers. It looks and smells as good as a dog food can and I am happy that it is the best - and at a very competitive price too. Very happy dogs!!

I have recently contacted Sue at Basils as our 3 year old dog Poppy is a very fussy eater and the product had been highly recommended to us. Sue was so helpful and so after our initial phone call, we ordered a small box to try. Unlike other dog food, which is usually left for hours if not all day, Poppy absolutely wolfed it down. We are so happy to finally find a product that Poppy enjoys. I cant recommend Basils enough. Our dog seems happier, calmer and just enjoys her meals which over the past three years has seemed like a battle at times. Thank you Sue (Basils) Chris & Poppy
