Drake Vets have been fantastic this past year while handling my Bengal cat Pixel with myeloma. They have worked with cancer specialists when needed and provided great care, allowing me access when Pixel was in for days.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years, and the clinical team has been nothing short of astounding when we've needed them, so I will continue to do so. Sadly today, an encounter with a downright rude receptionist has let them down. The lady on the desk could not have been more scathing or condescending if she had tried. Can I suggest that if the practice has 'reactive' dogs in for an appointment, they make provision for this? Furthermore, if those dogs are the problem, the snide comments should be directed to their owners, not the owners sitting on the opposite side of the room when the issue arises. I would suggest that a member of management has a word with this woman so this doesn't happen again.

Lovely vets. They did everything they could to try and save our dog last year. Unfortunately is wasn't to be but they were extremely kind to her and us.

Great staff, helpful, informative and pleasant. I took my kitten here as it was recommended by a neighbor. They do a kitten package which I paid 140 for and it includes first and secondary jabs, monthly deworming, spaying and microchipping.
