I cannot recommend this company enough! Helpful from start to finish! Phil met with us to sort our mortgage deal out and guided us through the whole thing, we had very little to do other than sign things and send documents so it was nice and easy! Nicola then helps through the admin side. She is very helpful, even more so for someone like me who isn't the most organised! She is precise, helpful and communicates well. If anybody wants a mortgage deal or to remortgage then these are the people to see! They even contact you prior to your fixed term coming to an end so they can secure the best deals! They reduced the stress for us too which is great because things like moving home/mortgaging a house can be stressful! Big thank you to this company and those involved!

I just wanted to start by saying a big thank you to Lakes Mortgages Phil and especially Nicola for all your help and support over these last few months. We did realise from the get go that my re-mortgage was never going to be straight forward because of the circumstances from my past, but that did not phase Phil or Nicola in the slightest, they set out to work on my re-mortgage and offered me guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process. The customer service you offer to people is absolutely amazing very professional and you go up and beyond to help your clients.
