        Recently purchased a property with a thistle alarm installed. Contacted thistle to have the code changed and a service. The engineer attended and was very helpful explained how the system worked and checked over the system for faults. Very happy with service provided and the lady that booked it for us couldn't have been better at explaining the options over the phone.

        We had a power failure to the house yesterday and when power was restored the alarm keypad had lost connection to the control panel. I called the team at Thistle Security and an engineer called me back a short while later. We had the alarm reset and working properly very quickly and efficiently. This is an example of excellent customer service where the team goes the extra mile to help. Thank you.
