Staff always very helpful, patient and friendly when taking an order from my seven year old. I like to let my child order for himself and the staff are always really respectful towards him and not impatient. I'm always surprised at how cheap subway is compared to a lot of fast food, and the doughnuts are never hard even when it's getting on into the evening which is a plus.

Went here twice as I stopped on a longs journey. Diana who is a worker has no manners at all and really shouldnt be working in a retail area if she has no etiquettes and manners! I asked her to change her gloves politely due to her touching chicken and other things and I wanted tuna and she just gave me a deadly stare and acted all confused as to when another worker did it without me asking before her. Also Diana is very rude and does not know how to make a proper subway sandwich. I had opened my bag and after 2 seconds I had seen the fillings everywhere. Really did not like my experience. Train your staff to at least give a smile and dont be so rude and dont give confused and weird stares!

Without a doubt the worst subway in the area. I work nearby so do use it occasionally and always find the staff uninterested and there is a high staff turnover so the majority of the time the person serving is untrained. However today has completely surprised even me. Stood there for ages whilst a staff member stood at the till chatting to spar staff without even acknowledging me. Then I hear someone from the back talk to her about serving me. The two staff members proceed to argue about who will do it as one is 'busy' and the other 'isn't meant to be serving'. Still nobody actually acknowledges me. They finally decide and are out of half the ingredients - not necessarily an issue but a smile and a sorry wouldn't have gone a miss. Then she wraps up my subway and cuts into it without asking if I want a sauce. No goodbye or a smile from either staff member as I pay. Get it outside to find that it isn't even wrapped at one end. Open it up to find the fillings all fallen out and the bread is all broken up. Where the sandwich had been cut also wasn't cut the whole way through which also made for a very messy lunch break. Also, how can the bread be undercooked yet also burnt and crispy on parts of it (I did not get it toasted)?
