        Best landlord ever!!! Spent a whole day in The Farmers working with a colleague from 9 until 3pm. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and had non stop banter with the landlord all day from the North South divide through to how to make the perfect eggs and bacon (slightly) toasted sandwich - which he nailed by the way! I live 2 hours away so it's hardly a local but I would make the effort to go back if I had the slightest excuse

        Lovely meal today with twin sister Elaine to celebrate our birthday. Person behind the bar very friendly and helpful. We ordered roast lunch. Very tasty. Choice of 3 meats, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and selection of vegetables. As it was our birthday we were given complimentary a pot of tea each. The lady who servefvat table was very helpful too. Parking: Don't drive
