    Slow service and since the post office has moved in to Spa there has been a couple of problems like a man can't pay for his electric bill and closing early were it should be open until later and sometimes it not open were I get there

    Really unhelpful staff time is 6pm post office is closing 7 pm but staff in really rude manner is rejecting me with my parcel...wata?!?

    The (foreign) lady (had to specify so that if managers read this they know who I am referring to) in the Post Office is very rude (I let it ride the first time, but after the attitude today I felt I had to leave a review) and could do with some customer service training. She then told me there was no parcel in my name or with the reference number!! No apology, nothing!!! However, the mess was saved by Katie who, even though she wasn't working on the Post Office side, said she would double check, and came back with the package! Again, no apology from the original member of staff, but Katie apologised on her behalf! Bravo Katie, Spar/Post Office needs more people like you! You get 10/10! Edited to add that I spoke to a gentleman (I'm guessing the Manager), who was also very understanding regarding my complaint, so have to give him a mention too. Thank you.
