AWFUL!!!!! Made me wait 45 minutes, rude, ignorant staff, who quite frankly dont have a brain cell between them. My little boy ended up having to wait all day to get his eye drops (hes 7 weeks old and waited 45 mins in his car seat while they messed about), I then asked that the prescription was sent to hampton boots who are actually comptent at their job. Surprise surprise Rowlands couldnt even do that properly. Absolute farce and to be honest they dont care, they dont pride themselves on customer service

Really surprised there are not more poor ratings for this pharmacy given the number of people getting poor service. This is quite simply the worst service I've ever received. I moved to Lansdowne Pharmacy opposite a couple of years ago due to poor service. Lansdowne Pharmacy is fantastic, 5 mins max and done. Yesterday I tried to collect a prescription for a friend, which has taken 3 visits and over 3 HOURS!!!! of waiting. 1st day my friend spent an hour waiting only for staff member then to come out and say that they were now closed. Next day after an 1hr 30 mins I managed to get part of the prescription but they didn't read the it properly failing to make it up correctly, so my friend had to go back again today. I've just found out they still didn't get it right, didn't tell her just put note in the bag. Given the amount of mistakes they make, its a wonder how accidents haven't happened with medicine. Staff are slow, rude and inept. Avoid like the plague.
