As a person who suffers with a certain level of health anxiety I appreciate I can be one of those annoying patients, but I've been treated with nothing but care and empathy by GPs here, particularly positive experiences with both Dr Bhari and Dr Graham who have both been incredibly supportive during what is a complex and difficult time. Only knocked off a star because sometimes it feels like GPs don't see patients and will automatically refer to a nurse or other clinician, but even then it's always been an appropriate referral in my case.

I recently registered at Lakeside GP practice and had my first visit today. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received, which was a refreshing change from my previous GP practice. The staff and clinicians were highly professional and efficient in their work. Additionally, I found the online system to be quite useful. Overall, I had a great experience at this surgery. I hope this will continue

Just been there this morning with my boyfriend who could barely walk. I moved to Peterborough recently so had no time to register. Ive choose this healthcare after I read the good reviews. On the visit, the area was completely empty. I asked for help as my partner was barely stand on his feet unable to walk, not even drive. He lives 90 miles away where he registered to his GP. So they have rejected to see him and Ive been told to go to a different hospital. I asked for an address , the reply was in Peterborough - what a joke!!! I was basically begging for the address , after a while she passed me a postcode saying she cant give full address. How am I suppose to find the location she advised me to visit with no address provided!?? I definitely not coming back to this place - very unhelpful, rude staff. My partner could die next to me, they wont care.

Super unfriendly people working at reception, do not say hi, hang the phone on your face before you even finished talk. Terrible place and half if not all receptionists in there should be fired.
