Had a problem with a noisy Boiler. They sent someone out and diagnosed the fault. The next working day a man came out exactly at the time arranged and fitted a new exhaust fan. The service was good however I thought it a tad expensive but that will not prevent me from using them again when the need arises. Thanks,

I booked Plumb Call to disconnect a cooker last Friday. I was called on the day to say that due to sickness they wouldn't be able to attend but would come "first thing" Saturday. I have no problem with that. When the plumber arrived at 10am Saturday he was rude because I hadn't rung the office to say I'd done the job myself. No one had thought to ring me to say he'd be hours late. I then asked for the cooker to be reconnected and we arranged an appointment for 9-2 Thursday. Here we are Friday morning and no visit, no 'phone call and no response to emails.

I walked in from work to a burst pipe and within minutes Ashley was out to my home to fix the necessary within minutes. Super grateful and fantastic service all round. Thanks again Ash.

The element in my hot water boiler had stopped working. I rang Plumb-Call and spoke to a friendly, personable lady on the phone in mid-morning. She advised that a fitter would call round in the afternoon to check out the job. The young man arrived, checked it out and said that he could effect the repair then and there - and so he did. Perfect service at a reasonable cost and some free advice from the fitter about temperature and economy. If (when) I have home-plumbing problems in the future, this company will be my first call.
