        Miserable pair of customer service advisors (geezers) on the counter in Screwfix Yaxley. Collected order on receipt of text message confirming that everything was ready. Left shop and discovered that an item was missing from the order. Returned to shop to be greeted with silence, snarling and disbelieving glances between each other, very little eye contact and a few grunts and inaudible mumblings. Grumpy bloke in his 50s found missing item. No apology. No empathy. No clue. You need a screw loose to work at Screw Fix.

        Great customer service. WC Bolts not in stock as stated on the website or there system. 2 members of staff on the trade counter found the perfect alternative, which got me out of a right pickle! walked away a very happy customer!

        Staff behind the counter are just downright miserable. Mumbles and groans. Don't greet customers. Hand over items and walk away. No acknowledgement. Also, this store hardly ever has more than one of the items I'm trying to purchase.

        Poor customer service went to pick up 4 bags of screed 2 had large holes in side which were spilling out screed asked if I could have a bit of tape to stop from getting screed allover my car, woman behind counter came across very rude and then ask do I really need the tape as if I was being awkward. Won't be returning to this branch.
