        I used Stacey Bell to deal with the sale of my shared ownership property around 2018. I was kept well informed of the progress of the sale and it was completed in a timely manner. Her attention to detail was also fantastic, in that the involved housing association were trying to get me to pay bills and spend money on things that weren't my responsibility in the lease. Stacey was able to go back to them and highlight their errors. Thank you for taking on the stress of what turned out to be a complicated sale and saving me about a 1,000 in incorrect fees!
