Their rapid change to self service tills has caught them napping - today, with no-one at a till, I used a self service one, only to find that, having spent over 60 I was unable to redeem the 6 co-op voucher as "they can only be redeemed at manned tills".
All the staff offered me was "I can put the items back on the shelves for you"...!!
I won't be back - Tesco has this system cracked - good luck catching up Co-op...!!
Thanks for the response, but you need to investigate it, regardless. Event occurred during afternoon (2pm?) Sunday 25th - three members of staff involved - and they know who I am. Thanks again.
