The whole team at Omega Lifestyle have been amazing. I contacted the company after being left in a mess by a builder who walked off the job. Their response was amazing. Once I was ready to proceed they were there, survey completed in 24hrs and conservatory fitted in 4 weeks. Really happy with the finished product. Can not speak highly enough of the Omega Lifestyle team, friendly, efficient and the product is beautiful. Thank you

I bought windows from them, during installation it turned out that clean transparent glass was brought in the toilet and in the bathrooms, although they ordered frosted. They put a transparent one and promised that they would change it in two weeks. ok, they changed only in the bathroom, and in the toilet they brought a small size, again two weeks to wait! but I've been waiting for 6 months!!!! I call them and every time they promise me that Mr. Derek who sold me the windows will call me back, but there is no call from him. when I was buying, this gentleman called back for 15 minutes to keep the client and this is his interest, but the client had a problem because of them!! mistake should be done for months!! not to mention the glass in the three windows, which have factory scratches and also need replacing according to the engineer who installed them. It is impossible to contact the seller through the administrator's secretary.

Would advise to avoid this company at all costs. After various problems during the construction, one of the sealed units in the conservatory failed on the 19th July this year. Temps reached 45 degrees centigrade in the conservatory which I presumed caused the unit to fail spectacularly. The glass was still under guarantee so I contacted Omega lifestyle who said they would replace it for 312.00 . I pointed out that the unit was still under guarantee and was told it didnt cover breakages thereby inferring I was lying. I got a local firm to replace the unit for 152.00 The local firm also confirmed they had three similar calls on the 19th due to the hot weather. All in all a terrible firm, and there aftercare is non existent, reneging on their guarantees. I am now seeking restitution through the small claims court and consumer council.
