Very unhappy with this company rang and booked a coach two months before needing it got told I would have an email with the invoice sent to me a month later rang to confirm as hadn't heard anything to be told they didn't have a booking and they had booked the coach to someone else was told that I would get a call back as they would try and sort it for us never got the call every time you ring just told the manager is out of the office or unavailable been told its our fault for not comfirming the invoice we never got even got the other person who they said they had emailed to check and no one had a email will not be using them again or would I recommend them as looking like we will have to cancel the Pre-school trip

Terrible!! They they sold the bus a week before my sons 5th birthday and whoever theyd sold it too wouldnt honour the party.... disgusting way to run a business.
