Unfriendly, rude and abrupt member of staff behind the till. Not the kind of place you want to seek help from.

I visited on Saturday afternoon to seek advice from the pharmacist about an ear infection (as per the advice on the NHS website). When the member of staff who I'd spoken to at the counter told the pharmacist that I needed advice on this, she rolled her eyes and they both laughed. It was immediately very clear that the pharmacist did not want to speak to me or think that my concern was worthy of her time. I left feeling utterly belittled and humiliated and, from now on, I will go out of my way to avoid returning to this pharmacy. I understand that everyone working in the sector is under immense pressure at the moment but I have never been treated with such contempt by a healthcare worker before.

Booked for annual Flu jab months and months ago for both me & my Partner (Separate days). Partner turned up last week and was told the pharmacist wasn't in that day, so come back another day. Went back the next day and was treated as an inconvenience. Went for mine a week later and again, turned away because the pharmacist isn't in. Not like these appointments haven't been booked for months, and not so much as an email or text to cancel. Once I can accept, but twice? To make matters worse, I was not offered the opportunity to return, but instead told to re-book. Of course, there are no appointments available as it's that time of year. So guess I'll be going without. Hours of wasted time / travel to visit a pharmacy that simply does not care. Avoid.
