Great job on my motorvan. It needed some welding done for the MOT and they carried out the work to a high standard in time for the retest. One advantage is their garage easily accommodates the 10ft 6in height.

The worst experience and customer service I have ever received from a garage (or anywhere)! * Unhelpful * No communication * 5 days of stress for a tyre and headlight * Aggressive Having moved and wanting to try a local business I took my car into Yatton car services for its MOT, this was a mistake I wont be repeating. I never take the time to write poor reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience so others dont have the same misfortune! I took my car in on the Monday as arranged, to be called that evening explaining I needed a new tyre (of which I stated when I brought it in) and my headlight sorted. I said thank you, please go ahead with the work needed. I was told it would be ready tomorrow but wasnt given a breakdown of costs. The following afternoon I tried calling repeatedly but to no response so decided to walk up to see if my car was ready. I was told it wasnt ready yet but try again tomorrow and when I questioned this, he sneered at me that I can always take my car somewhere else if I dont like it. From here it just became a game of having to repeatedly chase them for what was going on. As a self employed person, I lost 4 days worth of work because of his total lack of communication and it being impossible to get hold of him. After 4 days of no transport or any communication other than its in a queue when I did eventually get through, I got my girlfriend to drive me up to the garage where I was met with aggression for expressing my displeasure at having been messed around for almost an entire working week! Informing me that hed tried calling me (I had no missed calls or answerphone messages) then angrily telling me he cant find my locking wheel nut which was in the boot of my car all along. My girlfriend, aware of the impact not being able to get to work had had on me and our finances, informed him that this was terrible service, to which he snapped back that he doesnt want customers like us any way. It took all my composure not to react to the way he spoke to my girlfriend. He repeatedly and angrily used the excuse that I was in a queue when I said, why wasnt I informed of how long the work would take and why did you keep telling me it would be ready the next day. Again, he just angrily grunted that sometimes things get delayed! Feeling like I was between a rock and hard place, I remained calm and left. Getting back only to find the locking wheel nut in the boot. Eventually 5 days later, with constant chasing, stress and loss of earnings I did get my car back but it was absolutely the worst experience I have had with a garage. Service: Tires
