I have been buying my meats from Rob's shop for quite a few years now and have been really pleased with the quality of the produce especially the sausages (large pork) which were the favorites with the family. However, something has changed with regard to the taste of the sausages. The last two or three purchases have not tasted as hithertoo and I am wondering if the recipe has changed. Its not just my taste buds either, the whole family have commented on the apparent change. Have others noticed anything different I wonder? I have still given a five star rating as all other purchases have pleased.

Its very clear why Hodders is an award winning Butcher! The steaks are the standard of the very best Michelin starred restaurant. The meat is all carefully sourced, and of a standard very rare to find. Hodders now supplies all the dry cured bacon and gluten free sausages for my B&B in Blagdon. Thank you Hodders!

The Hodder's experience was real good. The staff were incredible and the meat was just perfect. Thank you Hodder's Butchers, I really love a good sausage! I definitely recommend coming on a Saturday!
