        After inspecting my computer, they were very helpful and gave honest advice regarding fixing our laptop, it would have cost the same to fix but meant replace the whole mother board as it is to purchase a brand new device. Thank you

        Unbeatable service. My sons PC was in a continuous loop, a loop that Google searches could not fix. Dave at PCMagic turned the machine around within 24 hours and gave me some brilliant and valuable advice on keeping my son safe online (I asked). I was blown away by how well priced the service and replacement parts were, and lastly Dave himself, is a thoroughly nice guy. I enjoyed putting the world to rights with him. Thank you once more for the great experience and conversation.
