The whole process from the start at the Congesbury showroom sales office through the planning, template stage and fitting was faultless . It was a joy to be dealt with in such a professional manner with the final completed job being quickly and efficiently carried out . Full marks to the fitter Les who was excellent at his job. Just had kitchen refurbished by fitter named Les, very pleased with his work very efficient and polite nothing to much trouble. He explained everything about the work he was doing. Would recommend him very highly. Would like to thank him very much.

I now have the kitchen of my dreams, I choose the quartz top and full splash even going into the windowsill and getting rid of the plastic beading, they added a breakfast bar and lights under my cupboards so my beautiful quartz twinkles which I love. Cooking is now a pure pleasure. The fitters work directly for the company and are highly skilled at what they do.

Very pleased with the sales process and the new kitchen worktops installed September 2015, BUT BE WARNED after sales service very poor and some what unprofessional. 6 months ago a sauce bottle fell from kitchen wall cabinet chipping edge of worktop not only did the worktop fail, ( which was not expected considering the sales information and quality of product ), but there is a minimum charge of some 80.00 for a follow up home visit. The company was very reluctant to accept possible product failure and insisted would not visit unless attendance fee was pre paid. Needless to say chip still in work top would be very cautious in recommending due to experience.

We had our whole kitchen re-done by this company. We were just going to replace the worktops initially but when we found out they could re-do the whole kitchen, including the floor within our budget, we decided to have it all done. We are so pleased with it and particularly the kitchen fitter who was very courteous and clean. It took less time than we anticipated. As a retired couple we were looking for something hassle-free and this really suited our requirements. We highly recommend this company to all our friends.
