I wish I had called Standens first! After a lock out/breakdown of my 4 year old firebird oil boiler I called a local company and after they messed with my boiler for 3 weeks! changing parts that didnt need changing, they then gave up and admitted that they didnt know how to fix it Thank goodness I then called Standens, James came and he knew straight away what needed to be done, it took a few days for a couple of parts to arrive then James was straight back to us and within a few hours our boiler was running perfectly, James even did things he hadnt quoted for FOC! he also rang me at 8.00 pm in the evening to check all was well. James went above and beyond, I couldnt have asked for or expected any more , plus you will have a job to meet a nicer guy and a true professional To anyone reading this genuine review, just call Standens, dont even think about using anyone else Trust me, I dont give 5 star reviews easily James you are the oil boiler guru of N Somerst Thank you so much Marcus Service: Heating system installation

Tobias diagnosed the issue from the symptoms I described. Checked he was correct when he arrived, and he was, so already had the part with him. Fitted no problem, very friendly. Highly recommended, and will use again.
