Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! Ellen carefully guided us through the planning process from start to finish. Without her involvement, I don't think the project would ever have got off the ground, and certainly wouldn't have turned out so well. Ellen also saved us a considerable amount of money, keeping an eye on prices over the months, recommending when we should buy and sourcing the occasional cheaper alternative. Ellen was wonderful from beginning to end. Bringing experience and patience she helped design a contemporary bathroom and sourced almost everything required. She checked all the products, liaised with the installer and was on hand throughout the whole process. We loved working with Ellen, she listened to our ideas and presented many design options to consider. She sourced beautiful tiles, bathroom furniture and fixtures which were illustrated on mood boards and scaled plans. Ellen managed the quantities of tiles, ordered everything, checked the deliveries and the condition of the goods. Her instructions to the plumber and electrician also helped the job go smoothly. The finished bathroom exceeds our expectations and looks fabulous.
