Congresbury Childminders

Helen and Jon are two of the most patient, caring people I have ever met. They have been caring for my children and me for five years starting with Alex who is a bit of a live wire and now the twins who have been with them starting one day a week at six months and now three days a week, they absolutely love going to 'school' and Jon is Joey's best friend and Helen is Hannah's - so they tell me! The children tell me that they have done endless activities from singing, to stories, to trips to the park, National trust parks, the beach, the toy library to amazing lunches that they make the children every day. They have an amazing understanding of each child and know how to get the best out of them, a friend and I joke that they train us too (in all seriousness they've helped me endlessly with advice that they don't push on you but are happy to give should you want it). Simply put I can't recommend Helen and Jon enough, they really are amazing!

I have just rang their number and a woman answered simply "Hello!". I asked if they are Congresbury Childminders and simply hang up...

Helen & Jon are amazing childminders. We were put at ease from our very first visit, and our experience has only got better. Our twin boys have been with them for over a year now and I always feel so comfortable leaving them in their capable hands. Their measures for covid have been excellent and their house is always absolutely spotless. We love that the boys are regularly encouraged to sing and play musical instruments, as music is so important to us. They are always excited to go every morning, and it's clear that Helen & Jon absolutely adore every child in their care. We feel so lucky to have found such a good setting for our children to learn and develop. We hope that our boys will be with Team Helen & Team Jon for many years to come!!!
