They needed someone on hand to help with the lifting off of the lintel. What if it was my grandmother or someone like it? My builder was due to be there but pulled out. I wanted to change the contact number to my brother's due to being away on holiday (the delivery date was brought forward) and not getting a signal in some places. I still had a call myself but luckily it was one of the few times I had a signal. If those things could be improved then it would be fine.

Very pleased with the lintel but not so happy with the delivery arrangements. I received a tracking number but it wont work so rang Uk Lintels to find out a delivery date as I would need a day off work. She advised that it had only just gone out so check again tomorrow. I checked at 7.30am following day only to find out it was in the van to be delivered that day! No warning. I had to quickly arrange my son to stay home from University. Not ideal to not have a set day and notice.
