St Margaret's is a pretty village church with its roots in the twelfth century, and a vibrant congregation looking to the future in the midst of a thriving rural community. The church is one of ten in the Bybrook Benefice, and it has strong links with By Brook Valley School. There are several outreach initiatives including The Ark for families, Edward Bear for mums and toddlers and the weekly Cafe Church. The Sunday School has outgrown the bell tower so it meets in the barn at The Bell Inn! The church loves its music and boasts two excellent organists and a church music group of singers, guitarists and a flautist. Everyone is welcome to visit, to worship, to join in fellowship, or simply sit in quiet reflection.
