I am headingoff to Africa on Self drive Safari and wanted to refresh my off road driving skills before I go, so emailedDrive Tech to see if they could help with a tailored course. I wasn't disappointed. First and foremost, I must give a huge shout-out to my instructor, Andy. He provided me with excellent one-on-one tuition throughout. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the get-go and he had a great way of explaining everything clearly and concisely. The course itself was exactly what I was looking for. It covered all of the essentials of off-roading, including vehicle control, water crossings, obstacle negotiation, and recovery techniques from failed ascents. If I had one negative there wasn't quite as much water to cross as I had hoped for, but the skills I learnt with the little they had will prove invaluable. Overall, I would highly recommend Drive Tech off road training to anyone looking to improve their off-roading skills. The course was well-structured, informative and fun,and I feel well prepared for my trip. If you're looking for off-roading driver training or just a fun day out , this is the course for you!

Our 12 year old had a one to one karting session with Luke. He learned lots and most importantly, had a brilliant time doing it. Luke was friendly, knowledgable and able to teach skills and keep it fun at the same time. Highly recommended.

I bought the skid pan experience for Christmas for my 2 children aged 19 & 21. With them being Young drivers I wanted them to have a fun experience that would give them a great life skill if they ever needed it. The course was excellent and the instructors were great. I would highly recommend this course to everyone of any age if you have been driving a few months or years you will definitely come away with something! Thank you to all at Drive Tech.

Had a great morning with John on the 1 to 1 skid pan course, he understood I was a nervous driver and made the experience much more comfortable and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone concerned with safe driving in bad weather.
