        Christmas tree delivery was delayed by two days with no communication except a revised delivery time from courier the day after delivery was due. The tree which arrived is fine, but most annoyingly, it arrived without the piece of log that can be used as a tree stand that we've always received with other tree deliveries. There was no option on their website to buy other accessories (tree stand, lights, ornaments) as there is with other Christmas tree online stores. We decided to order from this company due to proximity, but given delays we could have gone with a full-service national store. Will order elsewhere next time.
