We've been using these chaps for a number of years and they were average, but never complained, as I didn't have the time to write / call them / look elsewhere for a better company I just let them carry on! We then had issues with our roof and had scaffolding around the house for about 4 months so we put in a temporary stop to the window cleaning. When we wanted to start up again after the scafoolding came down, they unfortunately had no access to the drive as we had builders vans in and this happened on 2 occasions. Neither of which I knew about as I wasn't in, so didn't advise them of this. When I contacted them about not turning up, always through texting, we were told that because they had no access twice they will not be rescheduling with us and basically told us they have over 7,000 clients and don't really need us! Blessing in disguise really as it has given me the push to find and look for a better company. When they failed to turn up, which over the years has been at least a dozen times, with no advance warning, it's ok, but we do it twice for legitmate reasons and they cancel. Whatever! Am over it! He will no doubt have a response to this, which as a reviewer we do not get a chance to reply to, so whatever the reply is, it'll be an excuse - just read his other replies...! So to Abacus, or whoever this Dave person is, I won't be reading your reply, as you have not shown me any courtesy whatsoever! Wish you all the best with your remaining 6,999 clients. Tom was fantastic, did an excellent job in a timely manner. Very personable and polite.
