Firgrove Veterinary Centre

Everyone at Firgrove Vets cares about the owners and pets. They have helped care for 5 of my pets and when there is a crisis, they are quick to respond, carefully set out all options available, are mindful of financial issues, and incredibly supportive emotionally. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Most recently, I took my dog into the vets as he has had a bad ear. They did a thorough examination, took a swab and checked it immediately under the microscope, and able to prescribe drops to treat the problem. All the while they kept my dog comfortable. The staff were also great at making visiting the vets a positive experience and handed out dog treats to all the good doggies waiting in the reception area.

Good vets. Always nice and polite and they know what theyre talking about. Only reasons for 4 stars are 1 - I wish it was easier to see the same vet more than once and 2 - I took two foster kittens in for a check up and was charged for two full consults even though they were both booked in at the same time, checked over and given a clean bill of health in less time than one consult would have taken.
