        Mixed feelings. We are very pleased overall with the workmanship and product quality but we did run into a couple of issues, meaning the work took longer than anticipated and we faced some additional costs (which were very avoidable). Hampshire Staircase Refurbishments failed to accept any financial responsibility for this and the issues were not resolved to our satisfaction, so a disappointing end of project.

        From start to finish, Hampshire Staircases were spot on. We got a quote within a week and were booked in immediately. Work started and finished on the dates specified, and we were kept informed at all stages. Would highly recommend for staircase refurbishments such as we had. The finished product looks great, is as discussed, was on price and on time. Could not have asked for more. Thank you. Service: Refurbishment
