        Please update you opening time on your website, says your open all day only to find your closed between 1pm & 2pm after I walked all the way down there not impressed

        This used to be a well-run pharmacy but service has gone completely down the pan in recent months. The last straw was having to visit three times to pick up one item that was missing from my last prescription. All three times there was a queue lined up along the pavement, in a baking heatwave. Two days running I left but the third time I had no option but to wait it out. Simply not acceptable. Boots' current management should hang their heads in shame.

        Just want to say thank you so much to the kind pharmacist who has helped get my prescription which hadn't been sent through by the surgery just yet, he is kind and professional even under the pressure due to lack of staff youvare doing a fantastic job !
