Saying they are open on the Web site But when you go to ethier branch they are closed. As they left one lot of tablets of my repeat prescription.

Often feel like I'm bothering them and I'm a hassle to be there, collecting a prescription.
Not sure why they have a paying counter to the right of the store as it's never used, but would be great if it was. It would let people who want to buy something from the main shelves get in and out quickly, and then the prescriptions can be dealt with separately.
Because of the queueing time, I often go next door to Waitrose to buy toiletries and general medicines like lemsip.
